Young Thug‘s father has made a cameo in Gunna‘s latest music video, seemingly speaking further to their ongoing statements that there are no issues between the two YSL artists.
Released on Friday (August 2), the visual for “one of wun” not only features an appearance from Jeffrey Williams Sr. but players from Overtime Elite (a basketball league for players 16-20), including Tyran Stokes, Brandon McCoy Jr., Parker Robinson, Jayden Wilkins and Romelo Hill.
The latter is singer Monica‘s son with fellow hitmaker Rocko.

Even though Gunna has been repeatedly accused of snitching after he took a plea deal in the ongoing YSL RICO case, Young Thug’s father clearly doesn’t seem to feel that way. In June, Jeffery Sr. also linked up with the “fukumean” hitmaker at his concert.
Last year, Thug’s father set the record straight about whether or not Gunna’s plea deal hurt his son’s defense in the ongoing court proceedings.
“I love Gunna,” he said on Infamous Sylvia’s radio show back in September. “Let me try to help the attorney clarify that a little simpler. Gunna hasn’t done anything whatsoever that can hurt us on this case. Period.”
Thug’s children don’t feel the same way, however. In a song snippet that surfaced on social media last month that featured a few of the rapper’s kids, one of the lines included: “And Bentley a rat, he keep leaving stains/ And Gunna get whacked if he leave L.A.”
Gunna also recently discussed the current nature of his relationship with Thug, who has been behind bars since his arrest in May 2022.
“It’s the same. It’s love, always. Our relationship is our relationship,” he told XXL.
Young Thug has never commented publicly on the snitching allegations surrounding Gunna, although he recently appeared to side against his YSL signee.
Last last month, Thug sent out a cryptic tweet from behind bars supporting Lil Baby, who has made no bones about his belief that Gunna is a “rat.”
“Whateva wham say goes,” Thugger wrote, referencing Baby’s nickname.
