About the Artist:
Pablo Picasso is widely-regarded as one of the greatest artist of the 20th-century. He was a Spanish painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist and stage designer. He and fellow artist Georges Braque are credited for the development of Cubism. He started out on his creative journey at an early age. His father was an arts teacher and Pablo benefited greatly by learning from his father. By age 14, he was already accepted into a prestigious arts school and started to showcase his works in France; in a short amount of time his works were being displayed all over the world and caused a unique, artistic cultural shift. Throughout his entire portfolio, Picasso has many different types of creations and the critics of today find his work as astounding as those whom were his contemporaries.
