Lil Meech rose to prominence as the lead actor in 50 Cent’s hit BMF series on the STARZ television network. Now, it appears as though real life might be imitating art as the 22-year-old is facing 60 years in jail for organized fraud (of over $50,000) in the first degree and grand theft (of over $100,000) in the first degree.
The son of the former drug lord known as Demetrius Flenory Sr. was reportedly arrested Monday in Miami. Organized fraud alone is ranked number three under the state of Florida’s punishment code, but because the FBI has jurisdiction over cases such as these, this may soon become a federal matter.
In the same manner, as the organized fraud charge grand theft (of over $100,000), is a felony that is punishable by up to 30 years in prison. Lil Meech’s father, Big Meech is currently serving a 30-year prison sentence for running a cocaine-trafficking ring throughout the United States.
He did not pay for a Rolex and now he going to jail over it. Not a good move. He is a talented actor, he needs to pay for the damn watch and go on about his business. He does not need to be in jail over a damn watch. Most people don’t need a $250,000 watch that is some BS. Let this young boy go and pay for this watch, They should have run his credit and if he did not have the money he should not have been able to take this watch from the jeweler. If you ain’t got the credit you can not have it,
