Usually this platform is used to discuss topics regarding artists and how to build their communities. However, as a self-proclaimed pop journalist it is important for me to keep my finger on the pulse of what is taking place in arts and entertainment rather than put a lot of energy into hearsay from reality shows. However, when something goes viral it is important to write about it as quickly as possible in order to expand readership. While the majority of the outlets publishing this story focuses on the celebrity gossip components of it, this brief article will attempt to provide factual information taking place throughout the story.
Kudos to both celebrities, Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker, for having the ability to keep their relationship out of the headlines of the paparazzi. The public did not know that the two were dating until this past weekend when they publicly celebrated their one-year anniversary. Congratulations to them. How they managed to keep their relationship from the media is mindboggling, but good for them because they probably enjoyed a level of privacy that other celebrities may not be able to achieve.
Unfortunately the gossip outlets broke the news first on Instagram. Many of them reported that Devin Booker was hinting at the relationship and its anniversary through some of his post on Instagram. Jenner posted images with Booker on her Instagram which let her fans and the media know that the two have been in a relationship for a while.
Some gossip media has been following this story since April 2020, but it did not have a lot of traction as the information never went viral on Twitter or Instagram.
According to E! News: “Devin is quiet and not interested in being in the spotlight or a celebrity. She really appreciates that about him and is attracted to that. They are really similar and love just being low-key and staying in and laughing together,” claimed a representative of the two. “They are a solid couple with no drama. It’s been all positive and Kendall loves being with him.”
It sounds like true love and hopefully it is for these two.
