Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
It’s that time of year again when Rock and Roll’s elite joins the ranks of the most exclusive club in that pyramid-shaped museum in
Cleveland; the legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. And the Class of 2020 inductees includes Nine Inch Nails, The Doobie Brothers, Depeche Mode, Whitney Houston, The Notorious B.I.G., (both deceased) T-Rex, and The Ahmet Ertegun Award (Atlantic Records mogul) goes to Jon Landau and Irving Azoff.
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 2020 Induction debuts Saturday, Nov. 7 (8:00 p.m. ET/PT) on HBO and to stream on HBO Max. The special event was originally scheduled for May 2 of this year.
The special ceremony will feature guests including Luke Bryan, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Miley Cyrus, Billy Gibbons, Dave Grohl, Don Henley, Jennifer Hudson, Billy Idol, Iggy Pop, Alicia Keys, Adam Levine, Chris Martin, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Brad Paisley, Bruce Springsteen, St. Vincent, Ringo Starr, Gwen Stefani, Charlize Theron, Nancy Wilson and more, all highlighting the importance and influence of the 2020 Inductees and their careers.
Dave Grohl of Nirvana and Foo Fighters fame will introduce the show paying tribute to this year’s class of inductees with a heartfelt introduction, and the special guests will speak further on how the 2020 Inductees impacted their personal and professional careers.
