Insurrectionists Avoiding Jail By Pleading Insanity

Black people are not allowed the insanity defense. If you are it has to be super obvious. No he is a homeless black male that still is in jail even though he has a history of mental illness. Homelessness is connected to mental illness. So let’s see how this works out. He said he was trying to save the government. Now some people are at home and this young homeless mentally ill person is still in jail. The only reason he is not dead is he had all those other people around him.
