Insurrectionists Avoiding Jail By Pleading Insanity

Black people are not allowed the insanity defense. If you are it has to be super obvious. No he is a homeless black male that still is in jail even though he has a history of mental illness. Homelessness is connected to mental illness. So let’s see how this works out. He said he was trying to save the government.
