Portuguese professional footballer Cristiano Ronaldo will launch his first CR7 NFT collection, coming November 18. The soccer mogul announced this on his social media account, indicating that it will be on Binance exclusively.
He tweeted, “My NFT collection is coming on November 18, exclusively on Binance.” He added that fans could use a referral code to receive “a surprise when the collection drops”.
The press release indicated that a Cristiano Ronaldo Mystery Box for the first 1.5 million new Binance users to use the “RONALDO” code may include limited-edition Ronaldo NFTs, which will be available in early 2023.
Binance has long since responded to C. Ronaldo’s post stating that people can own a piece of sports history forever with the Ronaldo NFT collection. This NFT drop will become one of Binance’s largest drops ever. The inaugural collection will have seven animated statues with four rarity levels, which are;
- Super Super Rare (SSR)
- Super Rare (SR)
- Rare (R)
- Normal (N)
Each rarity level has some benefits, like a personal message from Ronaldo and autographed merchandise. In addition, the 45 highest value non-fungible tokens (NFTs) – 5 SSR and 40 SR – will be held for a 24-hour auction on the Binance NFT marketplace.
Bidding prices will begin at BUSD 10,000 for SSR and BUSD 1,700 for SR. The remaining 6,600 NFTs – 600 R and 6,000 N – will be available on Binance from BUSD 77.
