Little Big Town serves as host for CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock-tonight on ABC.
In the band’s third year presenting, Jimi Westbrook tells Billboard they grow each year.
“It’s such an incredible thing to be at—just to be there period. It’s been a fun three years, and it’s changed some over time as far as the things we’ve been doing. We were a little nervous and shaky the first year, but we’re a little more comfortable now.”
The event features appearances from country music’s top superstars, including Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban and Jason Aldean.
Fans get to see rising stars perform on one of the biggest stages.
“We went from the AT&T U-Verse stage, which is one of the smaller stages inside of the Music City Center to LP Field this year,” expressed Maddie Marlow (of Maddie & Tae).
“To go to the biggest stage that can play is crazy. I think it goes to show that our music is connecting with people, and that’s all we can ask for from our fans.”
CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock airs on ABC at 8/7c.
