Acclaimed actress and Irvington, New York resident Catherine Zeta-Jones has added specialty coffee to her line-up of clothing and beauty products for sale.
Westchester Magazine reports that Zeta-Jones spoke live from her kitchen on the social shopping network, TalkShopLive, and outlined her collection consisting of six gourmet artisan coffee blends. She describes them as individual but simple and cohesive with roasts ranging from light-medium to dark with caffeine and decaffeinated. Her brand is called CasaZetaJones.
The actress says she drew inspiration for the names of the blends from an unusual and unlikely source, a nail salon. The Breakfast A-Go-Go Blend is a slightly spicy, light-medium roast blend of Central, South American, and East African beans (caf or decaf) that she describes as chocolate-like not because of the taste but for the texture. Zeta-Jones’s Reserve Blend is a medium roast she defines as “perfectly in the middle” with beans imported from Indonesia and Central and South America. The dark roasts, Zeta Strong Blend has hints of caramel and as the name implies is a strong simple coffee, while the Casa Brazil Blend is the darkest most intense blend of the bunch described as bold but not overbearing. Another option in the coffee brand is a decaf dark roast.
All six blends come in a “chic” 12-oz. resealable bag with mugs, insulated tumblers, and gift sets to make the CasaZetaJones coffee experience complete.

Zeta-Jones chose to partner with global importer and roaster Icon Global Coffee Company and emphasized the importance of being ethnically and morally conscious. A portion of the profits is donated to the charity of her choosing. Consumers can rest assured that CasaZetaJones coffee is ethnically sourced and produced. The company has been committed to producing responsibly sourced coffee beans for 90 years.
Zeta-Jones wants her coffee line to help make every day extraordinary and give people something they can start each day with that makes them feel special and comes from a good place and a good heart.
