His willingness to share both his flaws and strengths makes this memoir particularly candid and insightful. This book was an insightful one for me. Making many complex leadership concepts accessible to readers from all backgrounds.
I wish the book was more emotionally engaging as it’s an autobiography. The book is written in a more comprehensive way with long paragraphs of information.
