Nelly and Ashanti celebrate the rapper’s 50th birthday! Only ET was invited to sit down with the couple before Nelly’s gold-themed bash at Tao Las Vegas, which was packed with celebrity friends, over-the-top-decor, surprise performances and more. Nelly shares how Ashanti has enriched his life since they rekindled their romance in 2023, explaining why birthdays now have so much more meaning to him. He also praises Ashanti as a mom, after welcoming their son, KK, in July. The pair gives an update on their ‘incredibly happy’ baby boy, and Nelly lovingly teases Ashanti for doing too many baby photoshoots with outfit changes. Plus, Nelly tells fans why he felt inspired to relaunch his women’s apparel line, Apple Bottoms, 20 years after starting it. Ashanti’s movie, ‘No Address,’ in which she stars, execute produces and sings, drops next year. The couple also reveals they’re in talks to do a Vegas together.
