Alicia Keys, Kristoffer Diaz, Linda Aziza Miller Will Be Honored at 2024 Arthur Miller Foundation Honors
The benefit will pay tribute to theatre artists, educators, and advocates in partnership with New York City public schools.
The Arthur Miller Foundation (AMF) has announced the 10th anniversary of its annual Arthur Miller Foundation Honors will be held October 27 at Broadway’s Shubert Theatre. This year’s honorees include 16-time Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys, Tony nominee and Pulitzer Prize finalist Kristoffer Diaz, and musician and Keys’ former educator Linda Aziza Miller.Â
The benefit will pay tribute to theatre artists, educators, and advocates in partnership with New York City public schools. Patrons are invited to attend the matinee performance of Hell’s Kitchen on Broadway, followed by an awards ceremony and a musical number showcasing NYC public school students.Â
Keys, a former NYC public school student, will receive the AMF Arts & Culture Award for her commitment to creating opportunities and promoting access to education for young artists. Diaz, who also attended NYC public schools, will receive the AMF Legacy Award for making a meaningful impact on the American theatre. Miller, a former Professional Performing Arts School educator, will receive the AMF Excellence in Arts Education Award for her dedication to supporting public school students and furthering access to quality, comprehensive arts instruction.
The Arthur Miller Foundation is an independent, grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, created to honor the legacy of Arthur Miller and his New York City public school education by increasing equitable access to quality theatre education for public school students. Proceeds from the benefit will support the AMF’s programs.Â
