Architect Robert A.M. Stern has had a long, illustrious career designing high-end condominium towers in New York City. From the 950-foot-tall limestone-faced tower at 220 Central Park South to the boutique building at 1228 Madison Avenue, his firm’s next highly anticipated project, The Henry, has just launched sales, and Robb Report got an exclusive sneak peek inside.
Located at 211 West 84th Street, RAMSA—Stern’s architectural firm—has teamed up with the luxury condo developer Naftali Group to build an 18-story residential tower on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. If the partnership sounds familiar, the duo has had previous success bringing to life developments such as The Bellemont on Madison Avenue. However, this is the first time that RAMSA will be tasked with designing both the exterior and the interior spaces of a Naftali Group project.

Slated to reach completion by the end of 2026, the 208-foot-tall limestone-clad structure will comprise 45 residences ranging from three to six-bedroom apartments, plus a collection of penthouse units and townhouses. Listing prices are still mostly under wraps; however, three-bedroom layouts will start at $5.25 million, with sales being led exclusively by Compass Development Marketing Group.
