The wireless earbud market is more crowded than ever, but there are good reasons to have more than one pair. There’s the pair for working out or the noise-canceling buds you take on the plane, but it’s also worth picking up a budget-friendly backup. Anker’s audio-focused brand Soundcore has carved a niche for itself with comfortable earbuds and headphones that boast long-battery life, surprisingly solid sound, and unbeatable prices. For a limited time, Soundcore by Anker P20i True Wireless Earbuds are on sale for just $20, 50% off the already modest $40 price.

Soundcore by Anker P20i True Wireless Earbuds
The Soundcore P20i are available in five colors and boast up to 30 hours of battery life with the included charging case.
While we haven’t gone hands-on with this pair of earbuds, we’ve had a good experience with Anker’s headphone and earbud offerings in the past, ranking the brand’s Sport X20 as one of our favorite earbuds with ear hooks. These lack some of the features of the X20 earbuds — there’s no active noise-canceling on these earbuds, for starters. But the P20i earbuds still manage to pack an impressive number of features for the price.
Anker is best known for portable chargers, and the brand’s headphone and earbud offerings live up to its reputation when it comes to battery life. Out of the case, the P20i earbuds offer up to 10 hours of battery life, or 30 hours total with the case. Plus, topping off with a 10-minute charge will give you 2 hours of playtime.
One feature included on these earbuds that sets them apart is the included lanyard, making it easy to clip the buds to a backpack or carry them in the hand. The reasonably compact case can slip into a pocket, too. The earbuds feature handy touch controls, and each earbud can be used individually while the other is charging.
The Soundcore app features 22 EQ presets for a customized audio experience, and the app also lets you adjust what the controls do. The earbuds come in blue, black, and white, available for $20, or pink and light blue for $24, and have an average 4.4 rating out of over 33,000 ratings.
