Following its record-breaking success as the biggest IMAX exclusive event release ever, “Queen Rock Montreal” will make its global streaming premiere May 15 on Disney+ as the first concert film available with IMAX Enhanced sound powered by DTS.

Queen were on all-conquering form when they returned to Montreal, Canada for the fourth time on November 24th and 25th, 1981, to play two huge concerts at the 18,000-seat Forum.
One of the world’s most iconic rock bands went on to perform an unforgettable setlist of their greatest hits including “We Will Rock You,” “Somebody To Love,” “Under Pressure,” Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Another One Bites the Dust,” and “We Are The Champions.”
The film has been digitally re-mastered for the first time into the image and sound quality of The IMAX Experience®️, including 12-channel surround sound and crystal-clear images.
The film was restored for IMAX by Mercury Studios. Executive producers include Geoff Kempin and Alice Webb for Mercury Studios and Jim Beach and Matilda Beach for Queen Films.
