Melissa Gorga is making herself clear and says she doesn’t want to be part of Bravo‘s The Real Housewives of New Jersey if her sister-in-law Teresa Giudice returns.
It has been no secret that RHONJ is getting retooled for Season 15, which might mean a total cast overhaul or a major cast shakeup. What the future holds for the current housewives is unclear, but Gorga recently revealed in an interview she doesn’t want to be in a toxic show.
“Because of all the rumors that are out there, I am fully prepared for anything,” Gorga said on the Two T’s In a Pod podcast. “I think I would realize that [Giudice] and I are two extremely different characters.”
She continued, “So if Bravo decides to go that route and kind of the darker, whatever it is, route, then I need to say, ‘That is not a show that I want to be on anyway,’ which it truly isn’t.”

Gorga also said, “I do want to be on [RHONJ]. I do not want to be on that toxic sh** so as long as she is there and that whole thing would come back, I wouldn’t find it as a loss.”
The cast of RHONJ has reached a point where they don’t want a resolution and can’t seem to move forward or look past their problems. Things were so bad that Bravo canceled the reunion and instead filmed the cast in two separate rooms, capturing their reactions to the Season 14 finale.

Although Gorga is wishful for a RHONJ future without Giudice in the cast, Giudice is not planning on leaving, unless the network decides to not bring her back.
“No, I’m not leaving. I started the show and when Bravo wants me to leave, that’s when I’ll leave,” Giudice said on Live with Kelly & Mark.
