The Green Crescent organization in Istanbul, Turkey has organized the 5th edition of its International Green Crescent Cartoon Contest,

No entry fee but there is money to win, involved
The cartoon is to put in focus the causes of addiction, online gambling addiction, under the title “The Effects of the Pandemic” and “Digital Games” and the main theme of “New Generation, and New Generation Addictions”.
The organizer wants to point out the struggle against addictions, which cartoonists from all four corners of the world will devise by adding humor to their cartoons.
The works submitted to the contest will be evaluated both by cartoonists and by experts in the field of addiction. The contest is open to all amateur and professional cartoonists worldwide.
