50 Cent has set the record straight on his love life after his rumored breakup with Jamira “Cuban Link” Haines.
The G-Unit mogul stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Wednesday (September 4) and was quizzed about his relationship history and current status.
When asked if he’s been married before, 50 replied: “No, I’m safe. I’m not a happy hostage.”
He then seemingly confirmed that he’s a single man by saying: “I’m here, man. I’m free,” before joking: “I’ve made some mistakes — just not that one.”
After 50 Cent detailed his daily routine, with Colbert remarking how “lonely” his life sounds and urging him to find love, Fif countered: “I want someone I can love in my life, too — just not right now. I’m fine.”

50 Cent began dating Cuban Link, a model and fitness entrepeneur, in 2019 and while neither of them have publicly commented on a breakup, rumors of them splitting began swirling earlier this year when the “In Da Club” rapper revealed he was giving up sex.
In an Instagram post in January, he wrote: “My new idea is so big, I don’t have time to be distracted I’m practicing abstinence, I have been meditating and focusing on my goals. I hope this New Year helps you excel to the next level.”
Later that month, the 49-year-old showed off a noticeably trimmer physique and credited celibacy with improving his workouts.
“I’m focused man, practicing abstinence is helping me train harder. I feel great I think more people should try it,” he said.
While 50 Cent continues to enjoy bacherlor life, Cuban Link appears to have already moved on from their approximately five-year relationship.
In July, the 30-year-old sparked dating rumors with Travis Scott after she was spotted hanging out with the “Sicko Mode” star in Italy where he was performing on tour.
Security footage that surfaced online showed the pair leaving a nighttime event and stepping into a car together, reportedly on the way to a hotel.
