Why did Justin Timberlake apologize to Brittney and Janet? Janet Jackson Super Bowl XXXVIII Halftime Show (2004)/ Britney spears working it

It takes a while to realize you are wrong no reason to put Britney out there like that you knew this wholesome image and it was not your place to take it down to get brownie points with the guys. The real player doesn’t tell anybody’s business. You left Janet out their bad after that Superbowl but it’s sad that is all remembered about that Superbowl and that is also sad. So now you are not in your 20’s almost 40 years old. Janet has been sued and banned since and you pulled it off. You played the Superbowl by yourself. Wow, men do dumb things. What you share with your women is your business. That Superbowl Half Time was slamming, it’s a shame it got overshadowed by nipple slip no big deal. Now women wear clothes with the whole breast out with a pastie. Time has changed now this is fashion.

After a notable rough patch between Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel in 2019, the family still comes first for the brunette beauty. Following the former boy bander’s recent public apology to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson on Instagram, Biel, 38, offered her hubby some heartfelt support.

“I love you,” she wrote in the comment section of Timberlake’s recent Instagram post, adding a heart emoji ahead of Valentine’s Day.

OK! recently reported that Timberlake, 40, took to Instagram to respond to criticism of his relationship with Spears, 39, which was highlighted in the Netflix documentary Framing Britney Spears.

The film suggests that the Palmer actor was at least partly responsible for spreading rumors that the pop singer cheated on him before they split in 2002. Two years later, he came under fire for exposing Jackson’s breast during their infamous 2004 Super Bowl halftime performance.

“I am deeply sorry for the times in my life where my actions contributed to the problem, where I spoke out of turn, or did not speak up for what was right. I understand that I fell short in these moments and in many others and benefited from a system that condones misogyny and racism,” he said.

“I specifically want to apologize to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson both individually, because I care for and respect these women and I know I failed.

“I care deeply about the wellbeing of the people I love and have loved. I can do better and I will do better.”

Other celebrities chimed in on Timberlake’s Instagram with messages of encouragement and support.

“Really beautiful to read this. I think it’s going to speak to a lot of people’s pain. I can’t wait to see how you get involved with elevating women and marginalized people. you’re an inspiring dude to me,” said singer Brandi Carlile.

Chris Stapleton‘s wife, Morgane Stapleton, wrote:  “Proud to call you friend!”

Actress Selma Blair showed her love with the addition of a heart emoji.

This is not the first time Timberlake has felt the need to issue a public apology; in December 2019, the “SexyBack” singer was caught holding hands with Alisha Wainwright, a costar in the critically lauded Palmer. Though he claimed that nothing happened between them, he wrote that he suffered from a “strong lapse in judgment” after drinking “way too much that night.”

“I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be,” he wrote on Instagram at the time. “This was not that.”

Timberlake and Biel welcomed their second son, Phineas, in 2020.

“I was at home just the other day by myself and I began to cry. I was crying because I was so thankful for all that God has blessed me with. All that he has given me. For Him being in my life,” Jackson said in a video, wearing a black mask, beanie, and sunglasses. “And I am so thankful for all of you being in my life. You’re so special to me. And I want to thank all of you for making ‘Control’ number one once again after 35 years. I never in a million years, I would never think that this would happen. I really appreciate you and I love you so, so much. Thank you.”
