Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish and now hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl.
The rules are simple:
Each Tuesday, Jana assigns a new topic. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic – putting your unique spin on it if you want. Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to That Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post. Add your name to the Linky widget on that day’s post so that everyone can check out other bloggers’ lists. Or if you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.
This week’s topic: Books on my Autumn to-be-read list
A nice easy topic from Jana this week: simply share ten books on your Autumn to-be-read pile. Autumn is my favourite time of year and I have three short breaks planned when I hope to enjoy chillier mornings, hopefully some warm Autumn sunshine, the beauty of the changing colours of the leaves and of course, make the most of the darker nights by reading! Here are ten books I hope to read over the next six weeks or so.
The Spark by Holly Miller
Living is a Problem by Doug Johnstone
Friends of Dorothy by Sandi Toksvig
The Beforelife of Eliza Valentine by Laura Pearson
The Bookshop at the Cornish Cove by Kim Nash
Cornish Ghost Stories by various authors
Hope Never Knew Horizon by Davis Bruton
The Wolf Den by Elodie Harper
The Bone Diver by Angie Spoto
The Many Ghosts of Donahue Byrnes by Laura McLoughlin
So that’s my ten for this week. Are any of these on your reading list
for Autumn? Can’t wait to see what everyone else has
chosen for this week’s Top Ten Tuesday!
