That time an American conservative was put back in his place by Nelson Mandela after asking a stupid question. Great men say great things. He was not afraid of the system. He knew the system was wrong. He was waiting on time to catch up. The government Killed Martin Luther King and south Africa let him live to be President. South Africa is farther along than the USA. He was ready to fight and have civil war when he was younger but maturity set in. There was a scene in X Spike lee movie when he came out and talked to a class and all the kids stood up and said I am Malcolm X and Mandela came out and talked. This broke the third wall and delivered the punch so you had some hope in the movie. The hope you needed to have in the movie. The movie could have left you sad and disgusted. But hope was the day. Not many movies impacted me like this one. I remember the Nation of Islam was trying to say America was trying to get us to fall in love with another dead leader. Truth in that movie moved people to the Nation of Islam not away from it. Malcolm X was killed by the Nation of Islam it was a Netflix documentary that pointed that out and pretty much put a bow around it. The followers of Elijah did not like it when X broke from his teacher period. The teacher had other Children and those children came out to be Strong supporters of The Minister today.
When black men stand the government puts them in jail or into the dirt. Either way, the government wins. This has been a problem in the black community for a long time. When starving people don’t have access to basic needs they will commit a crime to eat and have a place to sleep. If every man woman and child had a guaranteed income of 2000 dollars a month there would be no crime or very little no one would have to steal to eat and live. Food stamps and housing helps but you are only eligible if you poor and have no dad at home. That is sick in itself and the government put drugs and guns in your community put you in jails and so they can make money off of your pains how sick is that. The truth is black people need to stop killing each other. You got M16 and Uzi in your community with guns just left in boxes for young blacks to kill each other with. How sick is that very sick. The only hope we have is for racism to end and black can start healing from slavery, mass incarceration, and lack of father and family system.
