This is a conversation that was had over a year ago and it is more relevant now than ever. We need to listen with an open heart and be open to a real conversation about race. Just getting a holiday is not the answer we need real change in this country. That starts with people really taking a hard look in the mirror and stop minimizing other people’s pain. Not to say that evreryone doesn’t have pain they do. So just listen and learn Skip did just that. Having Juneteenth is not enough.
