Salma Hayek has impressed over 400,000 fans and a major celebrity by sharing a stunning outdoor swim snap. The MCU actress, 55, remains a firm favorite with her 20 million+ Instagram followers, and the bikini snaps tend to rack up the most likes. Posting back in February, “The Eternals” star went carefree with an underwater photo from an undisclosed location, with the sun-drenched snap seeing the Mexican in her element and enjoying a refreshing dip.
Hayek, whose Instagram following keeps climbing, was photographed from above and at a circular pool with a swish pebbled edge. Seen on her front and swimming freely through waters, Salma wore a tiny turquoise bikini with a halterneck back and string ties, opting out of any provocation and with her long hair flowing behind her. The mom of one, who has been dolling up in designer outfits amid the 2021 release of “House of Gucci,” took to her caption, writing: “#tbt.” Hayek is known for embracing Instagram’s most popular hashtags, including #SelfieSunday and the famous Throwback Thursday.
A like quickly came in from actress Jennifer Aniston, 53, with fans calling Salma “perfection in every way.” The “Bliss” star has since updated to celebrate the 2022 SAG Awards, of course wearing Gucci.
Salma has also opened up on posting bikini snaps, saying she feels sharing them is “liberating,” although she did confess to preferring to hide her figure following weight she gained for “House of Gucci,” co-starring singer Lady Gaga. As to getting on and continuing to out-do starlets half her age, Hayek has opened up. Back when she was 50, the star spoke to British health chain Holmes Place, confirming she isn’t into altering her appearance as she gets older.
“I don’t dye [my hair] because I am curious to see how I am going to look with this. I am sure in the next movie they will say sorry you will have to dye it but I am enjoying watching them come in. I don’t have any Botox. Maybe later I will change my mind but for now I am comfortable being fifty. I am comfortable in my own skin,” she revealed.
“I am fifty, I am other things too; and now people get to see the other things because they are not distracted with the youth and the beauty. I am comfortable, look I let my white hair grow,” she added. Hayek has, however, made headlines for firing back at trolls suggesting she uses “too much” Botox – the fiesty Latina clapped back to confirm she uses none. Salma puts her good looks down to meditation and a balanced lifestyle.
