It has been revealed that Late Relationship guru and Image consultant, Kevin Samuels was with a woman, Ortencia Alcantara, the night before he died.
32-year-old Ortencia Alcantara, a registered Nurse from Atlanta, met Kevin Samuels at a restaurant on the eve of his death. She spent a night with him at his place and the following morning Samuels complained of having chest pains. In her attempt to help him, he fell on top of her; she then proceeded to call 911 for help.
Ortencia Alcantara went on and requested the 911 operator to contact the front desk for a defibrillator to keep Samuels responsive until the police arrived.
The Atlanta Police Department received the call from the apartment on East paces ferry road NE on Thursday morning “regarding a person injured.” And by the time they arrived, there were what they described as Fire department workers performing CPR “on a black individual who was unresponsive.” He was later identified as Kevin Samuels by Ortencia Alcantara who was also on the scene.
