Nicole Kidman, 57, sparks Oscar buzz with kinky flick showing masturbation, sex scenes with young co-star that left her ‘ragged’

Forget “Eyes Wide Shut” — this is Nicole Kidman’s kinkiest movie yet.

The 57-year-old actress, who recently revealed she feels “sexier than ever,” is earning rave reviews for her raunchy role in the upcoming erotic thriller “Babygirl.”

The film, slated for release on Christmas Day, sees Kidman playing a high-powered New York business executive who starts a torrid affair with her young intern, played by Harris Dickinson, age 28.

Kidman — who won an Oscar back in 2003 for her role in “The Hours” — is already sparking awards season buzz for the frisky flick, which features several graphic sex and masturbation scenes.

“Babygirl” received rave reviews at the recent Venice Film Festival 2024 — and a four-star review from The Post

Last month, Kidman told Vanity Fair that shooting the movie’s erotic scenes left her “ragged.”

“There’s something in me going: ‘Okay, this was made for the big screen and to be seen with people. I’m not sure I have that much bravery,’” she confessed to the outlet.

“I’ve made some films that are pretty exposing, but not like this,” she explained about the “confronting” experience.

“I never came out of it, really,” Kidman said about filming the sex scenes. “It left me ragged.”

But Kidman, who is married to singer Keith Urban and shares daughters Sunday, 16, and Faith, 13, did have the film’s director, Halina Reijn, to help her through the tough moments.

“At some point, I was like, I don’t want to be touched,” said Kidman. “I don’t want to do this anymore, but at the same time, I was compelled to do it. Halina would hold me, and I would hold her because it was just very confronting to me.”

And the case stayed the same months after filming: “It’s like, ‘Golly, I’m doing this, and it’s actually now going to be seen by the world.’ That’s a very weird feeling. This is something you do and hide in your home videos. It is not a thing that normally is going to be seen by the world.”

In addition to her 2003 win for “The Hours,” Kidmanhas already received a further four Best Actress Oscar nominations, for her roles in “Moulin Rogue!” “Rabbit Hole,” “Lion,” and “Being The Ricardos.”
