If you haven’t seen my previous story with the clip of Nicolas Cage owning up his monologue and painting an orchid with the swear word, ‘pussy’ you haven’t seen anything new yet. Netflix released another trailer on Tuesday, December 22 for their Rated-R comedy docuseries entitled, “The History of Swear Words.” If you’ve been thinking about canceling your Netflix subscription because of the ‘same old grind’ on the streaming service in 2020, you might be making a big mistake because it will only get better in 2021 for all Nicolas Cage fans!
Nicolas Cage Channels Eddie from the film “Deadfall”
Here, Nic re-enacts his role in one of his earlier films, “Deadfall.” For those that saw the film, remember the scene where he portrays the character Eddie and screams loudly the ‘F-word?’ This time he looks very dapper in a suit sweating bullets; channeling Eddie and screaming at the top of his lungs!

I watched it more than once and couldn’t get enough of it! I can’t think of a better host than ‘Nicky baby’ himself! He’s absolutely perfect for this role!
It also features cameos from some of the guest experts that are featured on the show. Spoiler alert: One of the guests finally reveals the origin and hidden knowledge of what ‘fuck’ really means. It was originally an acronym for “FORNICATION UNDER CONSENT OF THE KING!” (F.U.C.K.) Bet you never knew that!
Watch until the end…where he concludes his monologue by saying…“I’m Nicolas Cage—let’s get fucked!”
It’s the show we never thought we needed! Fuck yeah!
Bravo Nic!
