Master P needed to enhance his brand, so he wanted Snoop Dogg. He left everything in Suge Knight’s name. Master P respected Snoop’s talent. Snoop wanted 3500 and Master P gave him 35,000, Suge was real street but Master P was also. But his business was and his own point. The first concert with Snoop was real. He bought all cash houses and you got the house and money and cars. He was a really rich black man. The feds were waiting for you to mess up and they had a cross burning. He set up his own Motown.
