Live Fast, Live Free: Coming December 8 on VOD and Digital

The British Drama that tells the tale of 'Life in the Fast Lane of Rock'n' Roll'

From the folks at Trinity Creative Partnership comes Live Fast, Live Free. (Crixus-Runtime 97 minutes). It’s the story of a successful British classic rock band who had it all playing to live venues and making albums and suddenly the lead singer, Aaron is stricken with throat cancer and succumbs to the disease.  Aaron had it all, the bandmates, the girl, the fans, the money, he could rock till he dropped. And that’s the sad state of affairs and the tragedy of the music business that Aaron couldn’t face the challenges of.

It coincidently is being released on the anniversary of John Lennon’s death December 8 on VOD and digital. It’s a British drama dedicated to sex, drugs, and rock ‘n’ roll. The lead singer, Aaron reminds me of Nirvana’s lead singer Kurt Cobain and how he survived the music business that led to his tragic demise.

The film was written and directed by Joe Watkins and produced by Ian Beaumont.

It stars Alex Gillison (Upstart Crow, The Hollow Crown), Joe Watkins (Noir, Macbeth), Alexandra Metaxa (Modern Love, 50 Kisses), David Spinx (Eastenders, The Bill), Ewen MacIntosh (The Office, The Lobster), and Charlie Rawes (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom).

Watch the YouTube trailer and see for yourself. It reminds me of another British rock film, Spinal Tap.
