On August 18, a post titled “Chaewon Is Just In Love With Winter” went viral. The post has since been viewed over 120K times.

In the post, an author uploads a photo showing the shocking amount of times Chaewon allegedly copied aespa Winter‘s style.

A netizen further revealed that all of the styles were done by Winter first.

The post has sparked negative reactions from netizens, who were shocked to see just how many times the idol allegedly copied Winter.

  • “You can’t say that all idols have the same style seeing how there has never been a time when one member copied a member of a different group this many times.”
  • “HYBE is DahnWorld (cult), remember? They believe they can absorb your powers by copying you. That’s why they copy so much.”
  • “Seriously, all of this was done after Winter? If true, that’s so creepy…”
  • “You can’t say all idols have the same style. In the photos, there are unique styles like the hime cut and bleached hair.”
  • “What’s wrong with her?”
  • “But seriously this is really hard to defend with a straight face.”
