This is why the George Floyd trial could be a mistrial. Derek Chauvin is not a good witness for himself and he is choosing not to take the stand. They brought up carbon monoxide because the car was running and George died from carbon monoxide poisoning he did not have carbon monoxide in his blood. Secondly, this judge said he would make this a mistrial if the carbon monoxide was brought up to the jury. So this case is not a slam dunk, it is not real at all it takes is one juror to say they can’t come to his defense because they feel sorry for Dereck Chauvin. It is true that we need to be doing more.. This is what life is about. It is no joke. You hurt or kill somebody you need time even if you are the police. Fear may free Derek Chauvin. This officer had other officers say he was wrong in his actions. So now he will have a problem even the blue wall came down. A handcuffed man is a threat to men and women police officer,this is not true.
