Tribute to Kobe and Gigi Passing on January 26, 2020

I don’t have any words when I found this interview but “greatness”. Kobe and being a girl dad and his relationship with the game. He was the best and brightest star of his generation, who better to talk about the game than the black mamba. I was a fan of Kobe but I swept up in Shaq the player and personality. He was right about what it takes to be great. When you are a superstar you call the shots and that is important you shape your destiny and it is a really big deal, you must work and set goals and fight for them to the bitter in. When Lebron joined the Lakers I was a big fan of his game. Lebron is just as driven as Kobe and his game worked on and off the court. You can tell when Lebron came into the game who his mentor and heroes are. Kobe, MJ, and Bill Russel, and a host of other veteran players. This interview made me smile and I know what this means to have a Mamba mentality it is just I heard he died and I was on the road and at the same time, COVID was starting to spread. Now that it’s been about a year and it has gotten no better. We lost millions of lives and Kobe, Gigi, and others on the helicopter that faithful day changed everything. His greatness will go down in history. I would have loved to have seen his hall of fame speech. But he left so much in videos. His best interviews. Dear Basketball the short film. And the Lakers winning the championship was the only way the season of Basketball should have ended with his beloved team winning the championship. Laker greatness is golden. Now Lebron has the team right where it should be. Let’s Go Lakers let’s do it again. I was praying Gigi was not on that flight but it was not so. But her mom said she could not live without her dad,
