Jessica Simpson Celebrates 100-pound Weight Loss In Bikini

Jessica Simpson has been revisiting her 100-pound weight loss by showing off her summer-ready bikini body. The actress and singer made 2019 headlines for shedding the weight after welcoming third baby Birdie Mae, and she did it in just six months.

In a recent Instagram share, the “Dukes of Hazzard” star showed off her swimsuit figure as she addressed the weight loss, with the post even seeing her claim she’s gained and lost 100 pounds multiple times over. Simpson posted with a fun bikini snap as she posed cocking her head to the side and smiling in white-rimmed shades. The mom of three wore a paisley-print two-piece with pops of multicolor splashes, showcasing her toned abs and trim waistline, plus her famous pins.

The Jessica Simpson Style founder, who followed a strict and calorie-controlled diet to lose the weight, gained over 280,000 likes for her share, one seeing her on an outdoor deck as she smiled and told fans:

“I have gained and lost 100lbs 3x so I never thought this moment could or would happen, but I’m finally spring breakin’ wearin’ a BIKINI!!!!!! Hard work Determination Self Love.” She added: “I enjoyed a good proud cry today.” A comment quickly came in from the singer’s best-selling brand as it said: “She wore an itsy bitsy pink paisley print bikini.” Fire and heart-eye emoji were also left by socialite and reality star Paris Hilton.

Not long after announcing her weight loss back in 2019, Jessica’s trainer Harley Pasternak opened up to Hollywood Life. “She would eat one whole egg and three egg whites for breakfast, scrambled with a bowl of blackberries. For lunch she would have a salad with grilled chicken and grilled fish with salad and vegetables for dinner. As for snacks, she would have almonds and sometimes green beans with Parmesan cheese on top. She was very disciplined,” he said. Simpson also walked up to 10,000 steps per day to help burn more calories.

Pasternak also revealed that his client substituted a lot of her carbs with cauliflower, adding: “I think it’s one of the tools in the toolbox. It is a vegetable. I tell people have as many vegetables as you can. The popularity of cauliflower rice has become bigger in the last three, four years. It is a way to reduce the starch in your diet. So that is the popular thing. I think that was big for Keto.”

Jessica has since revealed she doesn’t know her weight and that she’s thrown out her scales. She also treats herself to a solid family favorite; mac and cheese.
