Jennifer Lopez Stars in New Romance Comedy ‘Marry Me’

NBCNews’ Wilson Wong wrote an excellent report on why Jennifer Lopez is the queen of romantic comedy films.

She appeared in several popular movies, including Maid in Manhattan, Second Act and Jersey Girl.

In addition to acting, she is also a singer, dancer, choreographer and mom of two.

Milo Ventimiglia, who collaborated with Jennifer on Second Act, said the following: “She’s larger than life but somehow the most relatable person in the world on the big screen.”

According to Tyler Poser, who appeared with her in Maid in Manhattan, said she “just has a vulnerability that makes a rom-com, a rom-com. People see that and recognize it and instantly fall in love with her.”

Kat Coiro, the director of her latest rom-com entitled Marry Me, describes her as the “perfect” fit for the role.

In the new film, Jennifer is playing a pop superstar who decides to marry one of her fans after a concert that was preceded by her discovery that her partner was unfaithful.
