Like many of the shows that were ruling television around the same time it came out, the show was majorly premised on comedy. However, a little twist was added by the producers of the show to decide to incorporate family values into it. So now, we have a show that is, for starters, filled with black comics, with extensive years of individual success to their belts, coupled with them being one happy family; it was almost like the show couldn’t be more perfect.
