GHABE: New Foreign Language Romantic Drama Relelased This October

GHABE” (‘Forest’) (GV Releasing, AEC/Distribution Solutions/Castro Film) is an award-winning independent foreign language romantic drama available in Swedish and Arabic with English subtitles. It will be released on October 20 on digital and VOD. Running time: 102 minutes. It stars Adel Darwish (Monir) Nathalie Williamsdotter (Moa) and Ahmad Fadel (Farid) The film is written/directed by Markus Castro and produced by Jenny Johannsson and Andrew Thompson.

The plot follows a Syrian refugee during the summer of 2015 migration as he falls in love with a majestic forest in Sweden and a mysterious local woman living on its border. As their affection grows for each other, they must each come to terms with latent racism their relationship unearths.
