‘Don’t Worry Darling’ Succeeds at the Box Office

Olivia Wilde’s Don’t Worry Darling is now in theaters and has earned $3.1 million at the domestic box office from previews at over 3,300 locations.

According to Variety, the film is set to gross between $17 million to $20 million its opening weekend, which is outstanding considering the film was created with a $35 million budget.

Don’t Worry Darling is Wilde’s second film as a director, her first being 2019’s Booksmart. The new film stars Harry Styles, Florence Pugh and Chris Pine.

Analyst suggest that the popularity of Harry Styles will drive many fans of his music to see the film.

Early reviews pinpoint the story is worth telling on the big screen and many are excited to see how well it will be received by film patrons.
