Dismembered Black Man Rasheem Carter Suspected Of Being Lynched

This happened to my female cousin years after a body was found in the woods. No one was ever charged with her murder. This story should be pushed in the media so people know his name. It is a shame that black is so devalued in this country that this barely makes the news. This country does not love black, and we built this country on our ancestors and life is not fair and they don’t want talk about reparation. This is so sad on all levels, and it is crime to say his name is important.

Rasheem Carter was found dead and dismembered in Taylorsville, Mississippi, one month after he went to the Taylorsville Police Department asking for help, telling them “three truckloads of white guys” were trying to kill him and shouting racial slurs. Dr. Rashad Richey and Francesca Fiorentini discuss Indisputable. Tell us what you think in the comments below.

“The family of a Black Mississippi man found dead after asking the local police for help wants the federal government to investigate his death. Rasheem Carter was found dead in Taylorsville, Mississippi, one month after he went to the Taylorsville Police Department asking for help from authorities. Now the local sheriff is saying that he hasn’t ruled out the possibility of murder — this after saying initially that authorities didn’t have reason to suspect foul play, according to NBC News.”

Rasheem Carter’s mother said her son texted her that he was being chased by a group of men before he went missing last October. One month later, the Mississippi man’s dismembered body was found scattered. Initially, authorities claimed there was “no reason” to suspect foul play in Carter’s death until they received backlash, calling the cause of death “undetermined.” The Law&Crime Daily team has the details.
