Unique Items are some of the most powerful gear your character can obtain in Diablo 4. These are the sort of remarkable find that has the power to change the way you play your class, should you choose to equip them. In addition to powerful affixes found on other items but with higher itemization, these typically have a unique effect not available in any other way.
