Carrie Underwood doesn’t work out for free, these days. The country singer, 38, is running a veritable fitness empire, and there’s another notch to the bedpost. Carrie is CEO of her 2015-founded CALIA by Carrie line, she released both her nutrition book and Fit52 app in 2020, and she’s now fronting an electrolyte drink. Posting to her social media recently, the “Cry Pretty” singer showcased what she swears gets her through workouts – she’s also been speaking up about how she finds time to exercise and her tips and tricks for fitting it all in.

Carrie went for a tight leggings and tank look on Instagram in early March, showing off her super-fit figure and posing with a bottle of Body Armour. The mom of two was seen resting on a gym bench as she flaunted her ripped physique, with the post captioned: “How good is this new @drinkbodyarmor LYTE Kiwi Strawberry flavor? Definitely one of my new favorites!❤️” Underwood was quickly called an “athletic queen” by fans – many noticed the brand mention and seemed to already dig Body Armour.

Back in December 2021, and clearly knowing how to act as a savvy brand ambassador, Carrie opened up to Shape about keeping fit as she raises sons Isiah and Jacob, shared with 2010-married husband Mike Fisher. The singer revealed:

“Staying hydrated is something that I feel like we can all take for granted and maybe don’t pay enough attention to, so I try to make it easy, always available, and now it’s just part of my routine,” then touching on her diet. The self-confessed “wannabe vegan” continued that she’d “been vegetarian for many, many years and I flirt with veganism, so I’m somewhere in between the two. Honestly, I just make sure I’m eating real food. I love vegetables and fruit — and now there are so many options for people that don’t eat meat, but are like meat.”

It wasn’t always healthy eating for Underwood, though, who has admitted to starving herself on just 800 calories a day following her 2005 American Idol win. Now the picture of health, Carrie goes for nutritious foods to last her through her busy days.

“The more I know, the more information and knowledge that I have about health and fitness, the more I focus on what’s going on inside my body and focus on getting stronger and staying fit and health,” she added.
