His convictions included sexual assault of intoxicated women as well as sharing inappropriate videos of women without their consent, and the length of time he was given to serve was deemed too short by many.

Despite just being released from prison, footage was posted shortly after showing Joon Young in France, flirting and kissing women.

Yet, it seems like France wasn’t just a holiday or break for him.

An OP online revealed that Jung Joon Young was spotted in Lyon, France, and he was telling people that he was going to open a Korea restaurant, and they warned people about him.

He is actually in Lyon and he said he will open a Korean restaurant there so if you’re there girls be careful of him it’s the crazy guy from Korea.

When asked about where the OP got the information from, they explained that not only had a family member run into him in Paris, but a girl bumped into him at a club where he told her about the alleged “venture.”

First my cousin ran into him at a club in Paris, she wasn’t sure at first but it was him and there recently there was a girl who met him at a club and he told her ‘I will open a korean restaurant, you should come’ he is blacklisted from Korea.

Many netizens have hit back at those involved in the scandal or major crimes for being so easily let back into society.
