Britney Spears is finally living her best life as she celebrates father Jamie Spears being suspended as her conservator. The 39-year-old princess of pop, plagued by her 2008-commenced conservatorship for 13 years, last week inched her way closer to freedom as she rids herself of her father’s grip, and the Instagram posts are showing one happy blonde.
Posting for her 34.9 million Instagram after jetting out for a luxury vacation with fiancé Sam Asghari, the “Toxic” hit-maker stunned fans with views of her exotic getaway, but with plenty of footage featuring the Grammy winner herself, fans didn’t just get a room with a view. Britney, who was seen flying a small plane, then shared photos and videos of her digs, and the break included the star rolling around powder-fine beach sands and shallow waters while only in red bikini bottoms.

Britney had, earlier this year, told Judge Brenda Penny that she wanted her father charged with “conservatorship abuse” as she detailed being forced to take lithium against her will – she even said she was forced to keep in an IUD to prevent a pregnancy, this despite wanting a baby with personal trainer Asghari.
Sharing a video of a blissful pool overlooking a palm-fringed beach, the “Circus” singer then included herself in selfie mode and while in a plunging printed sundress as she and Asghari enjoyed a boat ride through turquoise waters. Britney and Sam, who have been dating since 2016, became engaged in September. “A beautiful day here in paradise celebrating,” Britney captioned the video, which also included a brief topless moment in the ocean, plus the star happily rolling around in the surf.
Quick to follow were unclothed photos of the blonde posing sensually from a deck and by an outdoor bathtub. While revealing, the snaps weren’t salacious, with Spears writing that “playing in the Pacific never hurt anybody.” She also confirmed her photos hadn’t been edited. The final video from the batch showed views from a beach as the camera took in blissful waters and beachy horizons, with Spears telling her fans: “Having the time of my life here 😉😉😉😉😉 !!!!!”
Spears, who was also seen working out in an indoor gym with Asghari and building up her arms, is said to be stronger than ever as her legal dramas possibly near an end – it isn’t over, though, with the new conservator set to be one appointed by the star’s own legal team.
“Britney’s stronger than ever. She’s getting somewhere. She’s doing better than she ever has,” a source told Hollywood Life in September. “She’s already planning the wedding,” they added. “She’s been wanting to do this for so long. She didn’t feel free to do anything she wanted. She feels free compared to what she’s been through.”
Britney’s upcoming wedding will be her third after failed marriages to Jason Alexander and Kevin Federline, with whom she shares teenage sons Jayden and Sean. Spears was pressured into getting Asghari to sign a prenup on account of her $59 million net worth. He joked that it was on the cards, on account of his Jeep collection – in case she “dumps” him.
