This is the real truth about black men we are not seen as leaders. This is the real deal in football it is filled with black bodies that is what it is. Why is he being interviewed at all? He believe that he had the job he wanted. He is a passionate and gifted coach his words are true, He will not get another chance it is over he will not be a winning football coach. We gotta start to stand together and no Colin will never take another snap in the NFL. He is fighting for black owners, hiring people on merit, and making people accountable. He was doing okay with life but he wants to make the league better we need to black team owner let’s expand the league again. We need real change.

The only way is to have at least 3 minority-owned teams. You need to have a minority ownership period that is all. We need black owners period. This is not about coaches we need a black-owned team that will win a super bowl, not the status quo they can play fewer games and have more teams and keep healthy in the process, 10 games a year, and playoffs. No preseason at all. People get hurt in the preseason.
