She does not share much information regarding her upbringing. She is a high school graduate and that is one of the only things that fans know about her personally.

Nabieva developed a love for working out in the gym during her high school years. She was motivated to make healthy changes to her fitness primarily because she had skinny legs and would be ridiculed by another student for them. Since then she has been recording her workouts and sharing fitness tips through social media and over time she has developed a strong following. She reached 100,000 followers on Instagram very quickly and it has risen significantly since then.

Her Instagram documents the changes to her body over time and she became more aware of how she could have an impact on others. Every day she would present her audience with new exercises and fitness routines.

These post were going viral and Nabieva’s Instagram page became one of the most popular places on social media to learn and experience what it takes in regards to training in order to have to kind of success you are looking for. Another area that is important for Navieva is the popularity leading to an increase in wealth. Right now her net worth is at $250,000 but this number will certainly increase over time as her popularity continues on Instagram and YouTube. She also has 25,000 fans on Twitter and 15,000 followers on Facebook.

She does her best to maintain a healthy figure. She is 5ft 2ins,  and her weight varies between 110lbs to 121lbs. Her statistics are 35-23-36 and she has dark brown hair and eyes.

Nabieva has no interest in competing in professional bikini contests. “Currently I have no interest in competing, I have been competing in the category bikini fitness, but really have no interest. You have to be a very restricted diet, no carbohydrates, the training does not yield when you have no energy. I do not want to expose myself to such torture, perhaps in the future.”

Nabieva’s is intense, she focuses primarily on the muscle groups on the lower half of the body including hamstrings, glutes and quads. Her workouts consist of leg press, squats and leg extensions. She put special emphasis on the hamstrings as she enjoys the benefit it brings to the legs. “I work with weights using 6-10 and 15 repetitions maximum. I love to train legs, of course!! The exercises that I like the most are squats, leg press, leg extension and lats.”

Surprisingly, she is not into dieting or support any individual diet plan. She enjoys eating eggs, meet and even desserts like cakes. She uses the food for the energy she needs for her high impact workouts. Since she chooses to eat around the workouts after consuming high calories, it helps her prevent from storing unwanted fat. It is a way of ensuring that her workouts will provide maximum results.

In regards to her workouts she says: “Just stay mentally strong, no matter what you are subject to, get bigger or thin, there will always be someone who will try to put you down. And remember to be happy!!”

Part of what keeps her happy is her love for Brazilian fashion models who typically feature thicker legs just like she does. She has no interest in competing but she loves to see Brazilian models do what they do best.

Nabieva is goal-driven and will stop at nothing in order to achieve her fitness objectives. She never the bullying she endured in her younger years get her down. Every negative comment or ridicule she has received throughout her life, she now users as motivation to change her body and become one of the most prolific fitness influencers on social media.

She proves to everyone with “skinny legs” who do not like them can change them with hard work and dedication with their lifestyle, particularly the types of workouts and diet one chooses to have. She demonstrates that we can change if we have the determination to set goals and to achieve them repeatedly without letting things distract us from our goals.

She also states that in the beginning she really did not know what to do in the gym: “I started going to the gym, and I did not know what to do, did not count the reps and sets, doing squats every day, had no idea how to build an exercise routine correctly.”

Instead of going on diets or fitness plans that already exist or that you may find on infomercials like the South Beach Diet and so many other “beach body” programs that promise results, Nabieva focuses on what works best for her without the need of counting calories or reps in the gym. She works out for a period of time until her body tells her to do something else; when she does her routines she has complete freedom and is able to receive results without all the pressure that diet and exercise plans put on their users.
