Cindy Bruna is a French fashion model. She was born on 27 September 1994 in Saint-Raphael, Var, PACA, France. Cindy is a daughter of Italian father Stefano Bruna, and a Congolese mother, Eléonore, who belongs to Brazzaville, Congo. They are parents to two beautiful daughters, including Cindy and Christy.
Cindy Bruna had to make a Choice
She started modelling at the tender age of 16, when she was younger and wanted to be a Chartered Accountant. Fortunately her black beauty was discovered by the legend Dominique Savri, himself who was an agent and scout in a modelling agency, Metropolitan Management. Cindy Bruna signed her first modelling contract with the modelling agency Metropolitan Management. The agency suggested her that she should leave for Paris for her initial modelling tactics but she was afraid that mother did not want her to miss school as she was learning the studies of Chartered Accountancy, at that time she was not done with her studies and would be impossible for her to keep these two together.
But fortunately, she managed the time somehow and made it to Paris where she was taught the basic learnings and tactics of modelling. Until Cindy was done with her graduation, she used to manage her schedule between New York and Paris.

Afterwards, Cindy signed her second modelling contract with her mother’s modelling agency, Wilhelmina Models. In 2012, she got her first modelling job, which was for Alaïa and then got her second job for Elie Saab. Then she was landed in to new opportunities and aced the ramp for Calvin Klien. Cindy made a history and became the first model of colour to walk for Calvin Klien.

The next year, in 2013 she made to the cover of famous fashion magazine Vogue Italia. Cindy started to made it to the publications and editorials. Cindy Bruna got opportunities to work with famous fashion publications such as American Vogue, Vogue Arabia, Vogue Japan, Vogue Spain, Vogue Ukraine, Vogue Portugal, W Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle United Kingdom, Wonderland.
Beside so many editorials and publications she rose to fame when she was offered to become Victoria’s Secret Angel, and then starred to walk ramp for Victoria’s Secret every show, consecutively. After becoming a Victoria’s Secret Angle, Cindy was starred in the campaigns for famous fashion and cosmetics brands such as for Prada, Burberry, Chanel, Michael Kors, L’Oreal, Yves Saint Laurent (YSL), Ralph Lauren, H&M.
Cindy Bruna imagined different career for herself till she started modelling
In an interview with French magazine Cindy Bruna mentioned that how shed use to see herself in different fields,
I was good at maths which lead me to imagining a career for me in that field. Like so many others, I imagined myself as a singer then as a veteran and at one point as a shepherd.
She also added that,
“My parents were separated, and when I lived with my father, we lived on a farm, in the mountains, I saw myself as a shepherdess. But I was good at math too.”

Cindy Bruna has a crystal clear skin. In an interview with a cosmetic magazine she revealed her skin care regime that she uses skincare products from French pharmacy because she thinks there is nothing better for her. She takes off my makeup and dirts with the Bioderma and then washes her face with Effaclar from La Roche-Posay. She mentioned thay, these skincare products are her favourite brands for her skin. She also uses their moisturizer, too.
Moreover she revealed that In the shower, she use Nuxe Body Fondant Shower Gel. She always brings her stuff to New York with her whenever she comes back from Paris, but if she needs something or finish a bottle, She usually went to the Duane Reade that is on Lafayette and Spring, they have lots of that stuff there.
She has naturally curly hair, and everybody’s always afraid of it for editorial work or shows. But she really love her curls. And when it’s straight, She feel totally different. So, She use a lot of different hair products depending on how she want it to look and when she can wash it. Like, if I want to straighten my hair tomorrow, I will wash my hair with a different product. For her hair, she Redken Curvaceous Cream, the one for curly hair, and Schwarzkopf and Kérastase Oleo-Relax, it smells so good. She try to wear Kérastase hair masks to sleep in sometimes, and then afterwards she like to rinse it off with half a bottle of mineral water. It really helps her hair repair it from all the heat. She further mentioned, “if she has it straight all the time, her hair will die!”
