1. Weekly Era Challenges

2. Co-Op Modes
The co-op has been well-received, as pals can unite to defeat the toughest challenges. With a buddy, pick, and rolls, rotation on defense, these oops become simple with some good communication.
3. More Single Player Modes
2K has added many game modes to the single-player selection, all positive to the player experience.
4. Contracts Are Gone
The contracts for players have been finally removed. No more contracts mean not having to spend MT 2K23 you earn to play in-game. Now, your permanent player cards can be used in MyTeam without you having to fill out their contracts.
5. Prestige Tiers
New Prestige Tiers allow players that reach the top tier to start over and unlock more rewards. Players will earn Season Points with every win or loss to help them advance to the next tier.

By shortening the seasons to six weeks, there will now be more rewards, tournaments, winners, and opportunities to get big rewards.
7. More Rewards
Now, players are getting serious rewards after just a few games worth of work. An hour or two of gaming will wield loads of new cards, customizable items, and tokens.
8. Game-By-Game Progression
Players get to see their ranking adjust as soon as the game is done. Climbing the ranks is no longer an ethereal concept; it’s practical and measurable. Keep track to see how each change in the lineup improves the team’s standing.
9. Leaderboards
There is a leaderboard gamer can point to, enabling them to know where they stand against the best of the best. Peek at players doing better and see what team compositions are getting it done for them.
10. Player Lock
The player locking feature is especially effective for managing a specific player, enhancing a certain player during a game, or if you just like a position and want to play there all the time.
11. Trophy Case Awards
Another fantastic way to get special rewards in NBA 2K23’s MyTeam is with the new Trophy Case awards. There will be 15 event cards for each NBA franchise that show key moments in the team’s history. Players can then earn a trophy by obtaining the trophy attached to each card. Completing the Trophy Case will also unlock a Pink Diamond player for each team.
12. Exhibitions
It is another way to earn rewards, but this time, sending a player card outside of your 13-player lineup will help you receive an amazing reward. The exhibitions provide a very good passive method to earn game-changing rewards.
13. Offline Availability
Most of the MyTeam experience is defined by the online experience, but the offline is meaty enough for when the internet goes down. There is an entire single-player challenge tab to check out and enjoy. These don’t practice modes, which are games that matter and have rewards.
